could have had the kids help you ,they would learn how to make waffles like the rest of us, but you chose to complain about them and their lil feet running thru ur video, the measurement you used the Most was " some " , ( I wrote it all down , that's how I know) I've looked on all my culinary tools, have yet to find " some " on any of them, hopefully some of my waffles will be good,, I had high hopes when I logged on,we will see

First time - I rose to the challenge & brined the turkey half for the 24 -hours and cooked it tonight! OMG! I am still eating it out of the pan on the stovetop. Nice accompaniment was asparagus & pine nuts roasted with olive oil, cracked sea salt, and cracked pepper! Awesome!!! Thank You!
Yes you definitely put the crab meat in their last so you don't over stir it and make it all shredded up if you put it in last and don't start it real hard just fold it in for a minute or so! Edit- I shared this comment like 2 minutes before you said the same thing LOL you made a beautiful crab dip! 💐🌼🌷🦀🧄🧀🧅🧂🧈🥂🦀⚘🌸🌹
This is the first time I seen wings made this way. No flour, no seasoning. No problem. But yet and still you haven’t lost a beat. They look absolutely delicious and with that old bay seasoning, I bet that did the ultimate trick.

It has to be so wonderful to be able to cook with your mama, mine has been gone a long time now but she was the best cook ever !!! I absolutely LOVE Rice pudding & I make it all the time, I keep mine in a small 1/2 cup size glass bowl until it's gone , then it's tme to make it again. Never tried it in the oven but I like the idea. , this would save me so much time, since I cook mine on top of the stove & every 15 minutes, I stir & set my timer for 15 mins , until an hour is passed, then I do the egg / temper part & add in 8 oz of heavy cream ( OMG ) so rich !!! btw- you look so much like your mom, what a blessing.🤩
I just bought this at Costco over the weekend. I was looking at it and someone said she buys one to keep at home and one for the office. That sold me. I hope next time I go to Costco they still have it. I paid $10 for it. Amazon has it for $30!! It is delicious!!

Chef Lorious I just had to come back on here and give you your props. I went home and put those scallops in a salt brine for 10 minutes, rinsed and put them in a bowl of ice, then patted dry. I followed your instructions for searing and I made that lemon, garlic cream sauce, and OMG, those scallops were sweet and tender. I was greedy, I ate all of the scallops by myself with some Brussels spouts and a baked potato. Thank you again for that amazing recipe, now all I can do is go to bed, because my belly is full and satisfied.
Just made your corn chowder and it was delicious. I hade some corn and potatoes left over from a crawfish boil and used that. Needless to say I didn’t add all the peppers because I thought it would made it too spicy. Thanks for the recipe.
